Conditions of sale

1. Proofing is the sole responsibility of the client (customer) of rainbowdigital ltd. Design, Print and Promotions
2. rainbowdigital ltd Design and Print does not offer credit unless prior arrangements have been made.
3. In the event of non payment by the due date, a monthly fee of $12.50 will be charged plus interest will be charged at 24% p/a or 2% p/m
4. Any costs to recover monies owing to rainbowdigital ltd Design Print and Promotions is payable by the client (customer)
5. All work completed by rainbowdigital Ltd. Design Print and promotions remains copyrighted to rainbowdigital Ltd. Design and Print. In the event of the artwork being required for any external purpose, a minimum of $25.00 plus gst will be charged.
